Mr. Atif Ajaib (NPQH)
Atif Ajaib is a highly respected senior educational leader with over 25 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, and whole-school improvement. He currently serves as the Senior Education Consultant at Averroes Education Consultants in Riyadh. In this role, he has been instrumental in driving strategic growth, improving teaching standards, and building high-performing teams at partnering institutions.
Prior to his work in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ajaib held several senior leadership positions in the UK, including Vice Principal at Eden Girls' School in East London and Assistant Headteacher at Leytonstone School. His leadership has consistently led to improved student outcomes, effective staff development, and the successful implementation of innovative teaching and learning strategies.
He holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and has extensive training in safeguarding, school finance, mental health, and data analysis. Known for his collaborative approach and deep commitment to educational excellence, Mr. Ajaib brings valuable insight into school leadership, pedagogical development, and international education.
